Transparent from the Start, Comfortable Collaborating to the End
If you have a project, an idea, or even a creative problem you don't know where to start with, just click the “Let's talk” button on this page. You can also say hi through Instagram DM at @studiosrirona. At this early stage, you don't need a polished brief. Just tell us what you're facing, what you want to achieve, and what matters to you. From there, we can see together whether SriRona is the right partner to help you.
SriRona focuses on digital product design: from websites and apps to desktop apps. We can help at different stages, from research to understand user needs, mapping user flows and the end-to-end experience, and designing structure and interfaces, to UX writing and refining the product experience. If you also need the product built and ready to launch, we work with developer partners who can turn the design into a working product. Beyond digital products, we're also open to collaborating on graphic design, content writing, and copywriting, especially for communication and marketing needs. We also offer product reviews to help you see whether a digital product that's already live still has room for improvement. If needed, the process can continue with deeper research and recommendations for improvement. Not every project needs the same services, so everything above can be tailored to your needs, scale, and budget.
You can talk with us first, even before we talk about price. We believe every project has its own needs and challenges, so we'd rather not give you a number before we understand the context. In a first conversation, we usually want to know: What do you want to achieve? What challenges are you facing? Who will use the product or communication? How can we and our team help? And what budget range have you set aside? This first conversation is free and doesn't commit you to anything further. Once the context is clear enough, we'll put together a proposal covering the services, scope of work, estimated timeline, and the cost that makes the most sense for your needs. For us, being transparent at the start makes working together more comfortable later on.
There's no single timeline that fits every project. How long it takes depends on the scope, complexity, number of deliverables, research process, and how much collaboration the project needs. Of course, we'll also take your deadline into account from the start. If time is tight, we can discuss priorities and adjust the scope so the target stays realistic. We'll always share an estimated timeline before the project begins, so we both have a clear picture of what needs to be done and when.
Of course. We don't see revisions as a sign that the design process has failed, but as part of finding a solution that fits better and better. Throughout the process, you'll have room to give feedback, discuss, and steer the work based on the context you know. The number of revision rounds, review stages, and the kind of support included in the project will be explained transparently in the proposal. That way, we both understand the limits and expectations from the start, with no surprises along the way.
Yes, depending on the project's needs. We can support the design process through handoff to developers. If you need more help, we can also work with our developer partners to make sure the design is translated well until the product is ready to launch. For us, good design doesn't stop when the design files are done. What matters more is how the solution actually works when it meets its users.
We actually hope that you, as our client, will be eager to get involved. We believe you have a deep understanding of your organization, business, product, and the customers you serve. That understanding is important context for us as we develop solutions, which we then combine with our own design perspective, methods, and expertise. That way, we can create solutions that are not only well designed, but also relevant to your real needs and context. That's why SriRona takes a collaborative design approach. Collaborative design means designers and clients work together to discover and build solutions. Not just a relationship of “you hand us a brief, and we do the work”, but: “You understand the context, we understand the design. Let's bring the two together.” The goal isn't to decide who knows best or who gets the final say, but to create a space where our knowledge, experience, and perspectives complement each other, so the solution doesn't just look good, but is relevant and works well.
Design isn't only about making something look good or easy to use; it also has consequences: for users, for organizations, and for the wider digital environment. That's why we believe in mindful design, which brings creativity together with ethics and empathy to create solutions that have a positive impact on everyone involved. It means we don't only ask: “How do we get users to do what we want?” But also: “How do we create an experience that helps users achieve what they need, without manipulating or harming them?” This approach aims to build user trust and loyalty, because people feel valued, not exploited. In practice, we hold to this principle through three things: 01 — Mindful design Considering the impact of design on users and the context around them. 02 — Collaborative process, inclusive work Making room for different perspectives while finding solutions. 03 — Ethical responsibility Recognizing that every design decision has consequences, and striving to make responsible ones.
That's completely fine. A first conversation doesn't mean you're obliged to work with SriRona. We still appreciate it if, after talking with us, you feel the timing isn't right yet, the needs aren't a match, or you've found another partner who's a better fit. Every conversation gives us a chance to learn something new. So if we're not meant to work together right now, the conversation wasn't wasted. Who knows, we might meet again on a different project or opportunity down the road.
